In order to fill this centuries-old monastery with new life, the monks of the monastery have started various projects together with the villagers of Tingmosgang. Out of the vision that Tserkarmo should be not only a traditional monastery but also an international meeting place, a wide range of social and charitable activities has grown, along with many different ways of getting to know the rich history, culture and religion of Ladakh.
